In looking for the right business to invest in as a entrepreneur you look for an individual made out of the right kind of cloth. Individuals(*entrepreneurs) who know when it is time to revamp their product, who can take the heat and get right back up. You want the people who are insecure and work the hardest. A while ago, I was posed with a very thoughtful question at one of my webinars back in September of 2012. The question - "Would you invest in an entrepreneur with no confidence? Well, I was shocked. I responded with "they(the entrepreneur) can somehow get through to the finish line cause they want to prove something. In this business, you realize that attempt to substitute certain skill sets you do not obtain. The individuals whom you need and rely on with these talents are out there. Every business is identical. You need an entrepreneur with enormous passion. You need someone at the lead who can sell. Because if you're not selling a business no body is going to buy it. You also need someone who can convince customers to come along join or sign up for your products and services.These are the beginnings of building a brand internally and keeping the talent to make your start-up grow in value.
